About me

I work with individuals, couples and groups for one-off through to long term work. Bringing 20+ years of experience in the personal growth and healing world, I work collaboratively with my clients, recognising their wisdom and encouraging their awareness and confidence in that through our time together. My work is experiential and body centred and uses that awareness to access, understand and ultimately change the thinking that underpins the behaviour or difficulty you are experiencing.

I am deeply aware of the complexities and challenges that can be part of intimate relationships and from 2004 - 2017 I worked with Relate as a couples counsellor specialising in psychosexual therapy. I now exclusively work in private practice.

Whether you come alone, with your partner, or I meet you in one of my groups, my want for you is that you discover authentic connection with yourself and those around you, ultimately leading to more ease and skill with whatever challenge you are facing.

If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
