About me
Online Therapy, Spiritual Accompaniment & Creative Support
Are you seeking a deeper connection to God, yourself, or your partner? Do you feel creatively blocked—or caught in emotional or relational patterns that feel out of alignment with your most authentic self?
I work with individuals who feel the pull toward transformation—whether prompted by anxiety, relational conflict, burnout, spiritual unrest, or life transition. Many of my clients are exploring:
•Relationship challenges (intimacy, communication, codependency, separation/divorce)
•Women’s or men’s issues, including identity, roles, and expectations
•Faith, spirituality, and meaning-making in uncertain times
•Chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or trauma
•Parenting, life direction, or major life decisions
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge, navigating a persistent emotional struggle, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, this work invites you toward a more authentic and meaningful way of being.
My work is spiritually integrated and trauma-informed, rooted in a person-centred philosophy. I work holistically—supporting emotional, relational, spiritual, and creative transformation. I offer therapy and spiritual accompaniment for individuals looking to live more authentically, love more deeply, and express themselves more fully.
Whether you’re nurturing your relationships, reclaiming your creativity, or deepening your spiritual path—I’d be honoured to support you.
Specialities include:
•Faith-based counselling
•Depression, loss of desire
•Spiritual growth and discernment
•Creative identity & unblocking (artists, writers, performers)
•Anxiety, emotional overwhelm
•Trauma, grief, and inner healing
•Relationship conflict or communication issues
•Narcissistic Abuse (relating to NPD)
I also offer targeted therapy and spiritual direction for:
•Creative burnout or imposter syndrome
•Faith and vocation alignment
•Inner critic and self-worth issues

If you’re longing to reconnect with your inner truth, untangle long-standing patterns, and explore what it means to live a deeper, more meaningful life—I’d be honoured to walk beside you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I work within a psycho-spiritual framework, bringing compassionate curiosity to our work in an open-hearted, intuitive and empathic way. Each session together will provide a non-judgmental space to attain deeper self-inquiry and integrated insights on your personal transformational journey.
Our initial session is free and provides up to 30 minutes for both of us to explore your needs and expectations and gives an open, warm and unconditional space to bring any questions or curiosities you might have about your current challenges and what working together might look like for us.
