About me

Hi,
Thanks for stopping by to look at my profile.

In today’s fast-paced environment, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Whether you're experiencing stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, bereavement, anxiety, or just need someone to talk to, you're not alone.

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re feeling.

I understand that taking the first step toward counselling can feel daunting, and I would like you to feel completely comfortable working with me. To make this process easier, I offer a complimentary telephone consultation of up to 20-minutes, where we can talk through any concerns, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together in a supportive and therapeutic way.

My approach is warm, steady and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, help you regain a sense of control, and find ways to move forward that feel manageable and meaningful for you.

I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and understanding environment through a person-centred approach where you can openly express yourself, no matter what you choose to discuss.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and follow the BACP ethical framework. This means I am bound by confidentiality and dedicated to your well-being.

My journey into counselling has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of being heard, understood, and supported, the belief that healing doesn’t come from fixing—it comes from being present, being real, and walking alongside you, navigating life’s challenges  together and exploring a way forward that is uniquely yours.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
