About me

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist passionate about positive wellbeing. I am dedicated to helping others navigate through life's challenges and achieve growth.

I believe deeply in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and offer a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to explore what you are going through. In my work as a counsellor I draw upon a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual needs of the client.

I have experience of both short term and long term client work within a busy agency covering a wide range of needs including bereavement, anxiety, depression and low mood, relationship issues, work issues and difficulties with confidence, self esteem and self worth.

I understand that taking that first step into counselling can be a daunting experience and that finding the right counsellor for you is so important and with that in mind I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss how we can work together. So, whether you are coming back into therapy looking for a new therapist or considering therapy for the first time get in touch and let's see how we can work together.
