About me
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, committed to supporting adults and adolescents through life’s challenges with empathy, respect and care. My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered.
Using CBT, I can help you explore the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviours to build practical tools for change. Art Therapy which offers a creative pathway to self-discovery and healing, particularly when words are hard to find. At the core, of my practice is a person-centred approach and CBT ensuring therapy is tailored to your unique needs, pace and goals.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues or a desire for personal growth. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where we can explore your experience and move toward greater clarity and well-being.
As a dedicated school counsellor, I am passionate about supporting students’ emotional well-being and personal growth. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches. Helping with referrals to services for Neurodiversity assessments, I have wide range of experience working with individuals who are neurodiverse. I meet the unique needs of each student in a compassionate and non-judgmental space.
With CBT, I help students identify and manage unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical coping strategies. Through Art Therapy, I offer a creative outlet for self-expression and healing, especially for those who find it challenging to communicate through words alone. Grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, my work is always guided by empathy, respect and a belief in each student’s capacity to grow and thrive.
Whether a student is facing anxiety, peer challenges, low self-esteem, or simply needs a space to talk, I aim to empower them with the tools and confidence they need to navigate life both in and out of school.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
