About me
Hi, I’m Claire and I know how challenging life can be at times, but it is important to know that you are not alone. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or just out of sorts at what life is throwing your way. You may be going through a significant life change or maybe feeling stuck, or generally unhappy and you don’t know how to move forward. Whatever the reason current or historic I can work with you to make sense of what you are experiencing and help you get clarity on what needs to change.
I am passionate about offering a service which is completely tailored to you. We are all uniquely different and I am a person-centred therapist and believe when it comes to therapy one size does not fit all.
I can offer you and safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative space to explore and work on your current issues. Step by step we will work towards your goals, at your pace to enable you to understand your feelings and empower you to make the right decisions for you.
Counselling can help you get back the feeling that you are in control of your life.
I look forward to hearing from you.
