About me
I offer Pluralistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling. This is a holistic and person-centred approach to therapy, based on the philosophical concept that there is no single truth. There are always multiple ways of understanding and making sense of the world around us.
Within this structure, I offer techniques from various perspectives as potential tools to help my client make sense of their own narrative.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you to explore thoughts, beliefs, issues, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, developing your own pathway to healing and change.
- A non-judgmental, confidential space to talk.
- A therapy which keeps you at the centre and in control.
- A space to explore a loss, or life change, a challenge, the past or the future.
- An opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
- A place to work out what you need, next steps or just give clarity on your life as it is now.
