About me
I work with adolescents and young adults with an emphasis on emotion understanding and regulation, family conflict and parent-child strain, identity and relational development, self harmful or destructive coping or impulsivity, anxiety, overwhelm, low mood incorporating DBT skills for managing intensity.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an integrative therapist working with adults and adolescents, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, DBT-informed, compassion-focused and bereavement approaches. This allows me to adapt therapy to the individual rather than working in a rigid one-size-fits-all way. Clients often seek support when struggling with emotional intensity, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief and loss, mood instability, self-harm or questions about identity and self-worth.
My work combines emotional exploration with practical support, helping clients develop greater understanding of themselves, healthier ways of relating and more management ways of coping with distress.
I have experience supporting people with borderline and bipolar presentations, alcohol-related difficulties and adolescent emotional and relational challenges, offering a therapeutic space that is thoughtful, collaborative and grounded in respect for each person's circumstances.

Further information
I offer counselling online and in person from a calm and comfortable practice space in central Bromley, with additional in person locations available by arrangement. Sessions are available for adults or adolescents (1-2-1). I aim to provide a steady, confidential and non judgmental environment where clients can work at a pace that feels manageable for them. I work both short term and longer depending on the nature of the difficulties and the client's goals. Appointments are offered on a scheduled basis and availability is limited, so advance booking is recommended. I ask for a minimum of two day's notice for appointment changes or cancellations where possible.
