About me

Hello, thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

I offer a safe, nurturing and calm space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace, where you can slow down and curiously navigate what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Together, we can gently talk through what feels difficult, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, held back by past experiences continue to influence how you respond to life today or feel unheard in areas of your life leaving you disconnected from who you truly are. Therapy gives you the opportunity to pause, reflect and explore your story in a space where you feel truly seen, heard and understood.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, working relationally and intuitively to support your unique process. I am particularly interested in how past experiences, attachment patterns and nervous system responses shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I have completed further CPD training around ADHD, Menopause and parenting difficulties.

Alongside talking therapy, I gently incorporate body awareness into our work. Often, the body holds stories that words alone cannot fully express. By bringing awareness to both your internal dialogue and your body’s responses, we can build deeper self-understanding and self-compassion, support lasting change. I have found great effectiveness in dance and movement, something I’m happy to share with you.

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties.
  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt, “not enough dialogue”
  • Trauma and unresolved past experiences
  • Life transitions
  • Feeling stuck, lost or disconnected

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a brief initial conversation so we can see whether we feel like the right fit and explore how we might work together. I believe healing happens within safe connection — where you feel truly heard, respected and accepted.

You are welcome to get in touch via email to arrange this.
