About me

Hello I'm Clair and I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and have worked in the NHS and Social Care as a Nurse and Therapist for over 25 years. I always work in line with research based CBT models to ensure that you receive the best care possible.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is recognised as being one of the most effective therapies for the majority of common mental health issues and is approved and recommended by the NHS and NICE Guidelines (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).

At North Wales CBT you will always receive a warm, professional and non judgement welcome in your sessions.

I have experience of working with a range of issues including; depression, anxieties, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and abuse as well as other common mental health concerns.

In addition to this I have a special interest in helping those who have suffered domestic violence.

Not sure and want to know more or want to book an appointment? Contact me and we can have a brief informal chat to see how I can help you.

You can call me directly on 07884 357 378 (If I am unable to answer you can leave a message or if you would rather not leave a message don't worry I will always call back numbers from a missed call)
