About me
Hi, I’m Clair—founder of North Wales CBT.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or low mood and want to find clarity and confidence and move forward with your life again? Whether you're navigating anxieties, OCD, PTSD, depression, or the impact of abuse, I offer practical, compassionate support rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—a leading approach recommended by the NHS and NICE guidelines for many common mental health concerns.
As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience in the NHS and social care, I bring clinical depth and a calm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on, start making sense of it and find evidence-based tools that work to help you towards your recovery.
I work both face-to-face and online, so wherever you are in the UK, you can access therapy in a way that suits you.
In addition to helping 1000's of people throughout the years with their anxiety and depression focused concerns I also have a particular interest in supporting survivors of domestic violence and trauma, and I’m passionate about making therapy feel accessible, real, and genuinely helpful.
Curious about how it works or whether it’s right for you? Let’s have a brief, informal chat—no pressure, just a chance to see if I can help.
You can call me directly on 07884 357 378 (If I am unable to answer you can leave a message or if you would rather not leave a message don't worry I will always call back numbers from a missed call)
