About me
I am an accredited counsellor and supervisor and registrant of Accredited Counsellors with the National Counselling Society and Association of Christian Counsellors and the founder and manager of J10 Counselling Service Walsall 2004-2017. I work with a wide range of difficulties including trauma and abuse, domestic violence, addictions, couple and relationship counselling, anxiety, stress, depression, faith issues, confidence and self esteem, bereavement and work issues. Also problems that may have resulted from childhood that have never been resolved. My interventions are integrative including CBT and trauma work. I am able to provide trauma interventions and also have experience of working with individuals and couple who are neurodiverse

The Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC) is a Christian professional membership organisation for those involved in counselling/psychotherapy and linked professions, i.e. pastoral care, coaching and spiritual direction, in the UK. The organisation is made up of various different membership categories, including Counsellor and Accredited, and requires all members working as counsellors to undertake Continuous Professional Development on a regular basis.

I am situated 10 minutes drive from Junction 3 of the M6. Flexible days and times are available. I can work with individuals and couples.
