About me
A heartfelt welcome to my profile, where I believe mental health should not be a battle fought alone, but a journey we walk together.
I am here to offer you a safe, non-judgemental and welcoming space where you can feel listened to.
I am a qualified and professionally registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I practice in a truly empathic way, drawing upon a variety of models to suit your intentions for therapy. Being an integrative counsellor allows me the flexibility to adapt my style of counselling to best suit your needs. Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings to gain clarity and deepen self-awareness.
Having worked within the mental health sector in various people supporting roles for over 7 years, I have been privileged to provide people with a platform to feel heard and support people with what is happening in their lives. I believe we can not cut corners when it comes to mental health, and it is important to take time to prioritize your own wellbeing.
I sincerely understand how challenging mental health can be and how being able to talk to someone can offer comfort, relief and growth. And this is why I believe it is crucial for my practice to provide a compassionate and patient space for you to feel heard and supported in finding ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to my practice, as it fosters trust and openness, so it is important for you to find the right counsellor for you. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation online or over the phone for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
