About me
A very warm welcome to you, and thank you for visiting my profile.
My name is Chloe, and I am a level 6 qualified and accredited counsellor with experience in a variety of different presentations. I offer online and in person sessions in Freshwater, providing supportive therapy for personal growth, overcoming issues and creating changes in your life.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to empathy and compassion, as well as offering a space that is both supportive and holding through whatever challenges you are facing.
What is counselling?
Counselling is a supportive process that helps individuals explore, understand and work through their thoughts, feelings or behaviours in a safe and confidential space. It can be a way to explore patterns and bring about meaningful change, or to gain clarity and insight.
I have personally experienced the transformative space that counselling can offer, and I now bring all of that experience into the room with me. I believe that the answers we seek are within us, and sometimes we just need time and the holding presence of another to help us reconnect to it - a space to be fully seen and heard.
