About me
Therapy for mental health difficulties is a supportive, structured process where individuals work with trained professionals to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be causing distress. It provides a safe space to:
- Understand and manage mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress
- Talk openly about personal challenges without fear of judgment
- Recognize and change unhelpful patterns in thinking or behaviour
- Build coping strategies and emotional resilience
- Foster personal growth, self-awareness, and improved well-being
Training, qualifications & experience
Hi, I'm Chloe. I’m a registered Mental Health Nurse and also a therapist trained in CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches but that’s not really what you’re here for. You’re wondering whether I’m the right person to walk alongside you through whatever you’re facing. And you won’t find that answer in a list of qualifications.
So let me tell you a bit more.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical interrogation. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to every session. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, or just feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can be real, no masks, no judgment.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I’ve been through my own personal difficulties, and those experiences shape the kind of therapy I offer. I’m not just book taught, I’m life taught. That means I bring more than qualifications to the room; I bring understanding. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. And I know how transformative it can be to have someone truly listen.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT and EMDR, but it’s also guided by intuition, compassion, and the belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are, and together we work toward where you want to be.
