About me
Welcome to Cheree Johnstone Therapy!
I’m Cheree, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist specialising in Person-Centred Therapy. I offer online and telephone counselling for clients aged 18 and above.
I have experience supporting a wide range of individuals with anxiety, low mood, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family pressures, and the impact of past experiences. My background spans the private, education, charity, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) sectors, where I have worked with young people, adults and couples.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly and explore whatever you are going through in complete confidence. I work integratively, tailoring sessions to your individual needs, whether that’s exploring patterns, building confidence, or navigating life changes. I can offer both short-term counselling (focused support for a specific issue) and longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and personal growth.
Together, we’ll create space at your own pace, understand your patterns without judgement, and deepen how you care for yourself. If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, please email or text on 07411 234 421. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide whether working together feels right.
