About me
We all need someone to talk to sometimes. Whether you’re feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply stuck, I know from personal experience how therapy can offer much-needed breathing space from the pressures of everyday life.
My priority as a therapist is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind. I see therapy as a collaborative process — a place where genuine connection, curiosity, and understanding can help you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways forward. Rather than giving advice, I aim to support you in finding your own clarity and confidence, and in reconnecting with the strengths that already lie within you. My role is to guide you in untangling the emotional knots that may be holding you back.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive ideas, always tailored to what feels most helpful for you. I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship itself — the trust and openness we build together often become the foundation for change. In our work, we might explore the patterns and emotions that shape your relationships, helping you gain insight and move towards greater self-awareness and fulfilment.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for professional practice.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered member of the BACP having completed a rigorous, BACP accredited Masters in Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Greenwich. The focus of my 3 year training was on advanced clinical theory, the therapeutic relationship and an awareness of client individuality and uniqueness. I also have a BSc in Psychology from the University of the West of England.
As a registered member of the BACP I adhere to their code of ethics in my practice. I undertake regular professional development training, to ensure that I am continuing to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
My fee is £60 for a 50-minute session. I work in-person in Brixton and Peckham, as well as online. I offer both short-term and open-ended counselling.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where you can ask any questions and decide if we might be a good fit. In our first session, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and assess how we can work together moving forward.
Please contact me to find out my current availability and arrange an introductory phone call.
