About me

Coronavirus Update:

I am currently offering sessions via Zoom/Skype or over the phone.

Do you feel stuck and confused? Are you struggling to move forward with how you feel about a relationship, your work or how you feel about your life in general? Perhaps this feeling is due to an addiction or a difficult past experience(s)? Whatever your reason, I can help you to feel better and make changes in your life.

We all struggle with difficult thoughts and feelings at some point in our lives which is normal but therapy can be invaluable when we struggling to cope alone; or when we feel like our old strategies no longer work and difficult feelings persist. Part of feeling that we need support is that we can be trapped in behaviours that may no longer be useful - if they ever were! Together we can help identify these patterns and we can work where possible how to change them or learn to experience them differently. With insight in to your problems you can lead a happier life - with self-awareness - we all have the ability to change.

I offer a warm and professional environment where we will work collaboratively, I won’t be telling you what to do or how you really feel. I will provide a space where you will feel secure enough to cry and express difficult feelings such as of anger, frustration, grief or shame. I believe that all feelings are welcome. Coming to therapy is a commitment to yourself and with your commitment to therapy, it can be one of the rewarding and life changing decisions that you will ever make.

Whatever your reason for coming to see me, I look forward to working with you. You can contact me on 07729 698894

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
