Bereavement, Pre-Bereavement, Pet and Life Losses Specialist

About me

Hello, I am Charlotte from Lavender Path. I offer calm, supportive and affordable counselling for those navigating bereavement, anticipatory grief, or other life losses.

My Approach

Whether you have lost someone, are facing the death of a loved one, your own illness, or changes like retirement, redundancy, or a relationship breakdown, I provide a safe space to explore your emotions.

If you are facing grief, loss, or uncertainty, you may feel overwhelmed, alone, or be struggling with feelings such as loneliness, anxiety, depression, anger, sleep issues, or simply feeling unsure where to turn. You are not alone - and support is here.

I offer specialist support for grief, loss, and emotional wellbeing. Grief can affect you emotionally, mentally, and physically. I will listen without judgment, help you make sense of your emotions, and walk beside you as you find your way through your grief and loss.

My Journey into Counselling

My own lived experiences have shaped how I support others – with warmth, patience, understanding, and deep respect for each person’s journey.

Who I Work With

As a trauma‑informed practitioner and integrative counsellor, I tailor sessions to your unique needs. I am also an autistic‑informed practitioner, a trained hypnotherapist, and certified in online and telephone counselling.

I am trained as a pet bereavement counsellor and understand the deep impact losing a pet can have. I can support you gently as you process this loss.

Get in Touch

Grief can feel isolating, but you do not have to face it alone. I am here to help you with empathy and respect, at a pace that feels right for you. If you are ready to talk, I would be honoured to support you - please reach out to arrange a free introductory call.
