About me

Hello and welcome. I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but I am here to support you in navigating that journey. Whether you are feeling low, struggling to find meaning in everyday life, or facing a particular challenge, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. No issue is too big or too small, and together we can work towards a greater sense of clarity and well-being.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered, accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. In addition to my private practice, I also work as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind.

My Approach
As an integrative counsellor, I believe that therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My core approach is person-centred, providing a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel truly heard. I also draw from other therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt therapy to enhance self-awareness, mindfulness to foster a sense of presence and emotional balance, and cognitive behavioural therapy to explore thought patterns that may be holding you back. My aim is to create a down-to-earth and welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, gain deeper insight into yourself, and develop strategies to support your emotional wellbeing.

I know how difficult it can be to feel stuck in the past or overwhelmed by worries about the future. Through our work together, we can focus on helping you feel more at ease in the present and more in control of your life.

What I Can Help With
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, grief, low self-esteem, overwhelm, domestic issues, anger, relationship and family difficulties, low mood, burnout, and other personal challenges. Whatever you choose to bring to counselling, I am open to working through it with you. Nothing is too big or too small to explore together.

Get in Touch

Additional information

**Please note, I currently only have availability to take on new clients online. I am able to work with anyone online across the UK.**

I offer a free, no obligation, initial 15 minute video consultation. This is to gain an understanding of what has brought you to counselling and to work out if I am the right counsellor for you. Please send me an email to find out more and book in a call.

After our initial consultation, if you decide to continue working together, sessions will cost £50.

Counselling sessions will take place on the same day and time each week and last 50 minutes. I typically provide open-ended therapy, but it is possible to work in a more focused way with a shorter block of sessions.

I work with adults over the age of 18. We can either meet in person at my comfortable, confidential practice room in Stroud town centre, or online via a secure video platform.
