I am a counsellor working within Miscarriage, Birth trauma, Stillbirth trauma, Narcistic abuse, Anxiety, ADHD, Depression and Burnout. I have worked within these areas for Ten years. 

I am highly experienced in working within

  • Childhood trauma, neglect and Bullying.
  • Relationship trauma, Narcistic abuse. 
  • Reproductive trauma this includes Child loss, miscarriage, Anxiety in pregnancy and Birth trauma. 
  • ADHD thoughts, exploration and diagnosis journey, Support for neurodiverse parenting. 
  • Burnout, family, parental, physical, and mental exhaustion.

Qualifications:

I am trained to degree level from both the University of Salford and The University of Chester.
