About me
Hi, I’m Chantelle, and I specialise in supporting people who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety—whether that’s generalised anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD, or specific phobias. I also work with those struggling with low self-esteem and depression.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to manage anxious thoughts, ease emotional distress, and help you reconnect with your confidence and sense of calm.
Reaching out for help can feel like a big step—especially when you're already feeling anxious or unsure. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt are making daily life more difficult, I'm here to help. Feel free to get in touch when you're ready to begin.

I have worked across NHS Talking Therapies, children's and adult social care, drug and alcohol intervention teams, perinatal mental health and early intervention services, providing evidence-based interventions to help clients regain control of their lives.
My expertise includes generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, depression, and dual diagnosis cases. I also have specialized training in motivational interviewing, parental conflict resolution, and substance misuse interventions.
With a strong foundation in CBT and additional training in Mindfulness, ACT, Counselling and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, ensuring a supportive and effective experience.
If you’re looking for a structured yet compassionate approach to overcoming anxiety and related challenges, I’d love to support you on your journey.
