Our team of professionals have a breadth of experience and variety of approaches, including couples therapy, CBT, Attachment theory, Humanistic, Relational therapy, Integrative and more. In addition, our client-therapist matching service means you benefit from the most appropriate counsellor and psychotherapist for your individual therapeutic needs. 

​Nottingham Counselling Therapy provides a warm, cosy, confidential and safe environment where you will be treated with respect and care. Alongside therapy, we offer on-site wellbeing services such as yoga, meditation, and relaxation sessions, with clients enjoying a 20% discount using the code included in their therapy contract. 

We are located in the centre of Beeston with excellent transport links and parking options.

Initial consultations are available for £20, with subsequent sessions ranging from £35–£50, depending on the therapist’s experience. Sessions are usually offered at a consistent day and time, either weekly or fortnightly, to support continuity and progress.

Couples and marriage therapy sessions:

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Ongoing sessions range from £35–£50, depending on the therapist’s experience and level of expertise. This allows us to offer a choice of therapists while ensuring you receive safe, high-quality, and professional support. All individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
