About me

Hello, I'm Chandni, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist.

I am passionate about helping children, young people, and adults understand their difficulties and develop meaningful, lasting change. I aim to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I have experience working across a range of NHS mental health services, including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), adult mental health, psychosis services, physical health settings, older adult services, and eating disorder services. I currently work as a Clinical Psychologist within the NHS, supporting children, young people, and families experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

I draw upon evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and trauma-informed approaches. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, recognising that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

I have experience supporting people with anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem difficulties, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your difficulties and develop practical strategies to help you move towards the life you want to live.

Alongside my clinical work, I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have previous experience working within NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT), providing psychological interventions for anxiety and depression.

Whether you are going through a difficult time or simply looking for a space to support your psychological wellbeing, please get in touch. If you would like to discuss how therapy may help, I would be happy to hear from you.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
