About me
Hello, I'm Caroline. A qualified and experienced counsellor, here to support you.
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have several years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
How Can Counselling Help?
At times, life can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling anxious, low, lost, or simply not like yourself. Perhaps you're facing a major life change, experiencing relationship difficulties, or carrying emotional burdens from the past. Whatever you're going through, counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s happening.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. It’s a space to feel heard and understood, and to work through whatever is troubling you, at your own pace.
My Approach
I work primarily using a psychodynamic approach, which means we’ll explore how your past experiences, particularly early relationships and attachment patterns, may be influencing your present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Gaining insight into these patterns can be a powerful step towards healing, growth, and making meaningful changes in your life.
Together, we’ll work to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and gain clarity about the direction you want to take.
Where I Work
I offer one-to-one counselling for adults, either in person from my practice in Tadworth, easily accessible from Banstead, Epsom, Ewell, Reigate, Redhill, and Sutton, or online via a secure video platform.
Daytime and evening appointments are available to fit around your schedule.
Let’s Talk
Taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting, so I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate of £30. This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore how we might work together. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and decide whether I’m the right fit for you.
If you’re looking for friendly, professional, and compassionate support, please feel free to call, text, or email me to arrange an initial appointment.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
