About me
I work holistically and somatically with a wide range of issues and specialise in helping people heal from complex trauma, chronic shame and anxiety. Whether you feel disconnected from your true self, feeling lonely or stuck in life, struggling with never feeling good enough, or simply longing for someone to listen with no judgement, this space is for you.
My Approach
Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough to create real change. That's why my approach blends talking therapy with somatic and body-based practices, supporting both insight and embodied safety. My sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals, working at a pace that feels right for you and guided by your nervous system.
Together, we may draw on mindfulness, breath-work, somatic experiencing, inner child work, EFT tapping and other integrative approaches to gently support you in reconnecting with your body, while helping you build capacity to stay present with your emotions rather than becoming overwhelmed by them.
We would be a good fit if you:
🌱 Want to learn practices and skills to feel safer in your body and more connected to yourself in everyday life
🌱 Struggle with anxiety, chronic self-criticism, or shame that feels hard to shift
🌱 You are a self aware individual who would benefit from more than just talking
🌱 Have experienced some form of trauma and need a gentle, trauma-informed pace
Get in touch :)
I understand how deeply trauma and past experiences can shape the way you see yourself and the world, because I’ve been there too. Healing isn’t easy, and it can feel scary to let someone in. That’s why my work is grounded in safety, compassion and non-judgement, so you can show up openly and freely, as you truly are.
If this resonated with you, feel free to get in touch or book an intro call. I would love to hear from you! :)
