About me

Hi, I'm Caroline and I offer counselling with compassion and understanding. As we begin a new year in an uncertain world, it's easy to feel lost, overwhelmed or anxious. If you're experiencing challenges in life and you don’t know where to go, that's where I come in - talking things over is known to help, especially when you're really listened to, by someone who doesn’t judge or try to fix you, and of course, it's all done confidentially. You may not realise it yet, but you are the expert on your life and counselling can give you the keys to unlock that expertise both now and for use in the future.

Training, qualifications & experience

Completing my initial counselling training in 2020, I then undertook my supervisor training two years later. I studied for my BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduating in September 2024. The purpose of this was to allow me to give my clients the very best service. In between the above I studied further to enable me to work with children and young people of 10+ years.

For the ten years before I trained as a counsellor, I ran support groups helping and facilitating adults in the local community providing motivation and support to achieve their chosen goals and dreams.
