About me
Hello, I'm Caroline and I'm here to offer you understanding and assistance. In an uncertain world it's easy to feel lost, or experience those bumps in the road of life; but what happens when you just don’t know where to go? Perhaps you talk to family, friends or colleagues, maybe you just keep it all in, cross your fingers and hope for the best. There is an alternative and that's where I come in - talking things over is known to help, especially when you are really listened to by someone who doesn’t judge you or tell you what to do, all in confidence. You may not realise it yet, but you are the expert on your life and counselling can help you unlock that expertise both now and for use in the future.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having finished my initial counselling training in 2020, I completed my supervisor training two years later. I then went on to study for my BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduating in September 2024. In between I studied further to enable me to work with children and young people of 10+
Prior to my counselling training, for ten years, I ran support groups helping and facilitating adults in their local community with motivation and support to achieve their goals and dreams.
