About me

Transformational Counselling, Guiding You Towards Authentic Choice and Growth

Welcome! Your journey to authenticity and freedom starts here. My role is to empower you to follow your heart and embrace infinite possibility.

These are the three intertwining pathways of that journey:

  1. Your Ability to Choose
I help you reclaim agency in your life. Your voice matters, and your decisions should reflect who you truly are. I support you to make choices that align with your authentic self.
  2. Rebellious Hope
I foster a growth mindset that challenges limitations and envisions new futures. This isn't passive optimism - it's an active, purposeful belief in your capacity to transform.
  3. Unrestrained Enthusiasm
My work is driven by a genuine passion for your wellbeing. I bring authenticity, energy, and belief to every session, celebrating your potential with unfiltered excitement.

My Core Philosophy

I believe in infinite possibility and the certainty of change. Your circumstances are not fixed - they evolve. Most importantly, I want you to follow your heart. When you honour your deepest values and desires, transformation becomes inevitable.

The Journey...

  • Empowerment
  • Authenticity
  • Hope
  • Growth
  • Choice

NCPS
National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I work online, using Zoom, and by telephone. My clients enjoy the safety and comfort of being in their own environment, without the stress of travelling.

I integrate counselling and coaching in a humanistic way, which means that our work together is led by you.

At each session, you are invited to talk about what is uppermost for you, and encouraged to explore how you might approach this challenge differently.

When appropriate, I may offer tools which might benefit you, but there is no expectation that you will employ them. I do not set 'homework' or assessments.

Of course, everything discussed within the session is confidential.

I also offer 'between session' text support to my clients. Sometimes is instigated by my client. At other times, with permission, I may send information or insights which I think might be of benefit.

I offer a range of session durations (60 to 120 minutes) at a frequency which suits you.
