About me
Hello, I am Carole and I can offer online sessions or face to face sessions in Worcestershire. I offer therapeutic counselling to help my clients overcome difficult situations and deal with feelings that feel hard to process or face.
What Are You Struggling With?
Do you find yourself feeling anxious or constantly on edge?
Are your thoughts unhelpful — full of fear, frustration, or self-doubt?
Do you feel stuck in a relationship and unsure how to move forward?
Do past experiences or traumas still affect your daily life, emotions, or relationships?
When we live in a constant fight-or-flight state, it can leave us feeling drained, disconnected, and unsure of ourselves. Sleep may suffer, confidence can fade, and life begins to feel harder than it should.
Finding the right counsellor who truly fits is such an important part of therapy. I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and explore whatever you’re feeling — stress, sadness, anger, confusion, or anything in between. Together, we can gently make sense of what’s going on for you, and work towards understanding yourself better, feeling more balanced, and making clearer choices in your life.
My Approach
As an integrative, person-centred counsellor, I bring flexibility and care to each session, adapting my approach to suit you and your unique experiences. My focus is always on building a genuine and trusting relationship — the foundation that allows real growth and healing to happen.
Through our work together, you can begin to reconnect with who you are, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and move towards a more fulfilling, confident, and peaceful way of living.
I’m passionate about offering counselling as a space for everyone — whether you want to process past trauma, explore loss, discover new things about yourself, or simply have a place where you can exhale and be yourself for a while.
Counselling is your time — a consistent, compassionate space dedicated entirely to you.
Experience of work
I have extensive experience working with families, young people and adults, on a whole range of issues including acute, chronic and complex traumas. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to speak openly without fear of judgement.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
