About me

I offer weekly and one-off therapy sessions for people with anxious attachment and/or low self-esteem who find themselves caught in overthinking, overwhelm, and feeling easily triggered.

If you're struggling with relationships, anxiety, or intense emotions like jealousy, sadness, or anger that feel difficult to manage, you're in the right place.

A lot of the people I work with describe feeling like their mind never really switches off in relationships. A delayed reply, a change in tone, or someone pulling back can quickly lead to spirals of doubt, fear, and the urge to either seek reassurance or pull away to protect yourself. It can feel intense, confusing, and exhausting.

In relationships, this can show up as fear of being left, difficulty trusting that things are okay, and feeling easily activated by small shifts in connection. Some people notice they become very focused on the other person’s behaviour and lose touch with what they are feeling or needing themselves.

This pattern is not just about romantic relationships. At work and in everyday life, it can show up as overthinking everything you say or do, fear of getting things wrong, sensitivity to feedback, people-pleasing, and putting pressure on yourself to do everything perfectly so you feel safe and valued.

I am a CBT therapist, and I also offer Complex CBT-informed work. Alongside this, I am trained in somatic attachment therapy, which means we also pay attention to how emotions show up in your body, not just your thoughts.

In our work together, we slow things down and start to understand what is actually happening in those moments when you feel triggered or overwhelmed. We look at the patterns that keep showing up, what sets them off, and how you can begin to respond in a way that feels more steady and less consuming.

This is not about changing who you are or making you less sensitive. It is about helping you feel more grounded in yourself, less hijacked by anxiety, and more able to stay connected to yourself even when relationships feel uncertain.

Session Options

  • Single Session Therapy
A focused, one-off 2 hour session designed to help you with your main problem right now. This is unique because you will also receive personalised resources after the session, along with the opportunity to ask follow-up questions for up to 7 days afterwards so you feel supported as you integrate what we have covered.
  • Ongoing Weekly Therapy
For those wanting deeper work and ongoing support to create lasting change in the way they think, feel, and relate to themselves and others.

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, but many people find it helpful to have between 6–20 sessions in mind initially. We will review progress regularly and decide together what feels most helpful.

Next Steps
If you're wondering whether therapy with me is right for you, please get in touch.

You can send me a message or book a call, and I'll aim to respond within 24 hours. I'm also happy to help you think through your options or signpost you to other resources if that feels like the best fit.

Areas of counselling I deal with

Other areas of counselling I deal with

I work with people experiencing worry, social anxiety, and the impact of deeper trust and attachment difficulties, often where there are underlying feelings of not feeling quite good enough, self-doubt, or a sense of being somehow inferior in relationships or social situations. This can show up as overthinking how you’re perceived, struggling with confidence in yourself, or feeling unsure whether others will stay close or value you. I also support work around abandonment wounds and low self-esteem, helping you make sense of these patterns so you can begin to feel more secure in yourself and build a steadier sense of trust in your relationships and in your own self-worth.
