I’m here to enable you to reach a deeper understanding of your situation and inner life. From such a place of understanding, it can be much easier to see potential ways to create positive changes in the future.
I believe we all have our unique path to becoming ourselves, and that even within dark and distressing experiences we can face is a chance to grow. This process can be challenging, for sure, but it is not something you need to do alone.
My role is without judgement or advice-giving. I hope to be in conversation with you about whatever you bring to our sessions. Together we might think about what brings you to therapy, work through challenges, or explore new ways of being to help you change behaviours or relationships.
I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means I believe both our past and present relationships and experiences shape who we are.
At my consulting room in Clerkenwell, Central London and online I support adults from diverse backgrounds. When working with me, you will choose to have sessions either online or in the room. You don’t need to decide which you’d like to choose yet, as this is something we can think about together in an initial consultation.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

A whole self, mind and body
We experience the world through our senses, and it follows then that our bodies are part and parcel of our life experiences.
I welcome exploring your whole self, both mind and body. This is because I understand people to be physical beings, not minds on sticks.
I am openminded and curious about how our physical and emotional lives may interplay with one another.
Sometimes words are not enough to express what we are going through. If it helps, I welcome you to express yourself in diverse ways. This could be by sharing something you have found or made – be it an image, poem, movement, or song.
