About me

As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore and express yourself freely. Together, we journey through your past and present, giving voice to feelings, thoughts, and emotions that may have gone unheard. My approach, rooted in empathy and understanding, forms the foundation of a genuine Therapeutic Relationship—helping you move toward healing and self-discovery at your own pace.

By working together, my goal is to gain a deeper understanding of you as an individual and the challenges you’re navigating. We’ll explore the underlying reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you uncover patterns and providing you with the tools to move forward with greater self-awareness and empowerment.

While many of us may experience similar mental health challenges, traumas, or losses, how we process and cope with these experiences is entirely unique. Our journey together honours this individuality, creating a space where your personal experiences and emotions are truly heard and understood.

At Just Be Counselling, I create a space where people can feel heard, understood, and supported. Life can be tough, and I’m here to help you navigate things like anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, or recovery from narcissistic abuse. My focus is on really getting to know you, so I can offer guidance that fits your unique situation.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, fully abiding by their ethics and code of practice. This ensures that our work together upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect for your individuality.
