About me
As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. Together, we explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, giving space to thoughts and feelings that may have been held in for a long time. My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine understanding, helping you move toward healing, clarity and self-discovery.
My focus is on getting to know you as an individual. We look at what you’re going through, the emotions beneath the surface, and the patterns that may be shaping how you feel. This deeper understanding can help you make sense of things and move forward with more confidence and self-awareness.
Although many people face similar challenges, the way we experience and cope with them is completely unique. Our work together honours your individuality, creating a space where your story, emotions and needs are respected and understood.
At Just B Counselling, I support people through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I’m human too, and I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times my aim is to offer a grounded space where you don’t have to face things alone.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and work in line with their ethical framework, ensuring professionalism, integrity and respect throughout our work together.
