Beverley Hills M.A PG Cert Dip MBACP Lead Partner at The Practice. Supervisor

Hi, I know that simply getting to this point can feel like a huge step, so now you've made it this far read on to see if I'm right for you...
Who Am I?
I'm Beverley, and I believe that one size of therapy doesn't fit all because every person is different. Qualified to use many theories, I like to use a mix of them all, maybe add in some CBT sometimes depending on your needs; if you don't like it we won't use it, no problem, this is about you and your needs come first.
Everyone has the potential to change their lives and whilst I won't tell you what to do I will help you find your way in a totally non judgmental atmosphere, believe me, nothing can shock me!
My background is in the creative arena, Acting, Writing, Presenting, Teaching etc so I bring with me a wealth of experience to do with anxiety, panic attacks, rejection, fear, depression, as well as bereavement, social anxiety, family and relationship issues, like affairs or betrayal, sexual or communication issues etc. I also counsel in the LGBTQ community, including transgender and transitioning and I work with families and couples as well as young people and troubled teens.
Online or telephone counselling is also an available option for you if you can't get to me and in very special cases I will travel to you.
Call me, text or email me to set up an initial session, and from then weekly/fortnightly depending on your needs.
I'm very open and friendly and confidentiality is assured at all times.
