Beverley Hills M.A PG Cert Dip MBACP Lead Partner at The Practice. Supervisor
About me
Online therapy isn't for everyone, however at the moment it's keeping us safe. All I ask is you try it, if it doesn't work for you then we'll try something else until we get the right fit, no problem.
I believe one size of therapy doesn't fit all because every person is different. Qualified to use many theories we work with what suits you; if you don't like it we won't use it, no problem, this is about you and your needs come first.
Everyone has the potential to change their lives and whilst I won't tell you what to do I will help you find your way in a totally non judgmental atmosphere, believe me, nothing can shock me!
Sessions last for 50 minutes and in that time we'll work on what is most important to you no matter how small, there is no prescription to follow to ensure 'a cure' because I don't believe you're broken, think of me as being here to help you facilitate you own change after all that's why you're here; you need to change something in your life.
Having a background in the creative arena, Acting, Writing, Presenting, Teaching etc means you get a wealth of experience to do with anxiety, panic attacks, rejection, fear, depression, performance as well as bereavement, social anxiety, general anxiety disorder, family and relationship issues like affairs or betrayal, sexual or communication issues etc and the LGBTQ community, including transgender and transitioning plus BAME clients which include families and couples as well as young people and troubled teens.
Call me, text me, email, Facetime, Whatsapp or Zoom me and we'll take it from there. I promise to respond the same day.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
