About me

I am a professional, compassionate and empathic Psychotherapist, and aim to provide clients with a safe, open and non-judgemental space to understand and overcome difficulties that may be keeping them stuck in the past, fearful of the future and unable to live in the moment.

I help people who are experiencing low mood, panic, generalised anxiety & worry, low self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, social anxiety, health/death anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobia, relationship difficulties and long term health conditions.

I value the importance of working collaboratively to understand each client's individual difficulties and needs, with the overall aim of working together to achieve the desired goals.

I use CBT and EMDR as my main therapeutic modalities however tailor this depending on individual need.

I offer face to face, online or telephone sessions.

If you want to take that first step in changing your life for the better, then contact me here or on 07378329470, for a free initial 10-15 minute consultation.
