About me
Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you find yourself falling into the same unhelpful patterns of relating? Perhaps you wish to feel less needy and anxious in relationships, or be more assertive and figure out boundaries. It might be that you are tired of push-pull dynamics, or that you are frustrated by dating and longing for a healthy connection that never seems to work out. Maybe you'd like to change your family interactions, feel more respected or stop the conflict. Perhaps it's the way you treat yourself that's weighing you down and you'd like to feel more at peace with yourself and others but don't know where to start.
You don't have to figure it out all on your own. I'd love the opportunity to work with you to break the patterns that don't serve you anymore, heal emotional wounds for you to become emotionally stronger and feel more confident, and to help you develop the skills you need to make meaningful changes and have a more fulfilling life and healthier, more rewarding relationships.
You're here because you want things to be different. And that’s a great first step. Let’s work together to help you get there! I’m here to support you every step of the way. You are welcome to book a 20 minute initial online video meeting so we can speak and see if the way that I work suits you. I look forward to hearing from you.
What You Can Expect:
- Breaking Unhelpful Patterns: We’ll identify and break the cycles that hold you back.
- Building Skills: You’ll develop tools for handling life’s challenges.
- Making Meaningful Changes: You’ll feel empowered to make beneficial decisions.
- Understanding Yourself Better: We’ll uncover the root causes of your experiences.
- Healing Emotional Wounds: We’ll address and heal past hurts that continue to impact you.
- Feeling Heard and Understood: A judgement-free space for your thoughts and feelings, with someone who genuinely cares.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
