About me

Something has to give.

Maybe you've hit a wall. Maybe you're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix. Maybe a relationship ended, or didn't end, or changed you in ways you're still making sense of. Maybe you just woke up one day and realised you have no idea who you are underneath all the roles you play.

Whatever brought you here... you're done pretending it's fine.

I work with people who are ready to be honest with themselves. People who feel deeply, who've spent a long time making themselves smaller, who are somewhere in the process of waking up to themselves and can't go back to how things were.

My approach blends depth, expression and grounded psychological understanding. People come to me because they want more than coping strategies. They want to understand themselves.

I'm warm, I'm direct, and I pay close attention to what you say, what you don't say, and what's happening underneath. I'll stay with you in the hard parts. And I'll gently call you out when you're hiding, because I know what that looks like.

In person (WED/FRI) and online.

FYI: I will be moving from Winckley Square to Penwortham summer 2026.

Training, qualifications & experience

MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. BSc Psychology. NCPS registered. Fully insured and in regular supervision.

My route here wasn't straightforward - I've trained across psychology, nutrition, movement, and the body before finding my way into the therapy room. The thread running through all of it has always been the same: how we relate to ourselves, from the inside out.

My core training is person-centred. In practice I'm influenced by parts-based and somatic approaches - working with emotion, the body, and the parts of you that feel at war with each other. I also bring in creative and expressive ways of working for when words aren't quite enough.

In practice since 2022.
