About me

About me

I am an experienced, qualified counsellor that offers support to adults, individuals who have been through the adoption process, couples and young people.

Feeling lost, desperate, craving connection and deeper meaningful relationships is something I can support with and work towards together.

Sometimes life can present obstacles and challenges that affect both our personal and or professional lives in an undesired way. These could look like, wanting more for yourself but not having the energy or desire to achieve your goals. Self-sabotaging behaviours such as making decisions based on fear or lack of trust and affected sleep and/or eating habits.

I aim, by working together with individuals and couples to create a safe, warm, confidential and understanding environment to explore the concerns and needs in a non-judgmental manner.
