About me

I offer Gestalt Therapy. I work in the 'here and now', on how your life is, and what you might wish to change. I work with the whole field of your life. This can also include exploring relational patterns developed in your own history that may no longer serve you. Our journey may involve challenge, yet always at a pace you feel comfortable with, and always underpinned by compassion, acceptance and non judgement.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified UKCP Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist. I am also an NCPS Accredited  Gestalt Counsellor. I have 5 years experience in the NHS and 15 years in private practice. Extra CPD courses have included 15 months of relational trauma training, multiple shame workshops and mutiple body work workshops all led by recognised  leaders and authors in the Gestalt field of practice.
