About me
I offer Gestalt Therapy. I work in the 'here and now', on how your life is, and what you might wish to change. I work with the whole field of your life. This can also include exploring relational patterns developed in your own history that may no longer serve you. Our journey may involve challenge, yet always at a pace you feel comfortable with, and always underpinned by compassion, acceptance and non judgement.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully accredited NCS Gestalt counsellor. I have also completed 5 years in the advanced diploma in Gestalt psychotherapy under UKCP, with The Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership, in Cardiff.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I charge £40.00 for an hour session. I have one or two concessionary places at £25.00 per hour, though there is a waiting time for these.
