About me

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and nationalities. While London is home, I have previously  lived in Italy, Spain, the US and Germany and can work in Italian, Spanish, or German.

I have a thriving private practice. I see most clients in person but am happy to work online as well.

Areas I am passionate helping people to navigate: separation and divorce, re-contracting long-term relationships, parenting, motherhood, identity, belonging, purpose, interpersonal relationships (siblings, parents, friendships), family dynamics, loneliness, ageing, empty nest syndrome and psychedelic integration.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the Karuna Institute, the home of one of the original mindfulness based psychotherapy training programmes in the UK. I hold an MA in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy and am an accredited member of the UKCP, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I have also trained at the NAOS Institute obtaining a diploma in Advanced Relational Therapy.

Further ongoing training:

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
