About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over twelve years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges and transformations.
As an integrative Psychologist, I believe healing begins with connection—both within ourselves and with others. I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. My work is grounded in the understanding that mind and body are deeply interconnected, and I often integrate somatic (body-based) therapies to support deeper healing and resilience.
My main areas of expertise include:
• Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression
• Child Psychology and Parenting Support
• Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Challenging Behaviour
• Long-Term Conditions and Chronic Stress
I draw on approaches like Polyvagal Theory to help you explore how your nervous system responds to stress and safety, fostering a sense of calm, connection, and empowerment. By understanding the body-mind connection, we can unlock new pathways to healing and growth.
I work with BUPA, AXA, Vitality, and Allianz.
Therapeutic techniques I may use include:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Body-Oriented Therapies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Languages: Therapy is available in both English and Spanish.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
