About me

I want people to not only survive but to thrive and I have researched and trained broadly so that I can offer the most effective strategies and tools to my clients which they can use long after therapy has finished. It is a collaborative approach that means we put on our Sherlock Holmes hats to work out what is going on and why and then we work on a plan to make it better. Our sessions will always be supportive and non-judgemental and there might also be some humour!

  • Are you feeling stuck in your life or relationship and don't know how to move forwards?
  • Do you feel sad even though your life looks good to the outside world? Do you worry about worrying?
  • Are you overwhelmed with the bodily symptoms of anxiety such as a racing heart, nausea, the inability to concentrate?
  • Is work creating stress that is getting out of control?
  • Do you suspect that you don't really like yourself but don't know how to change it?
  • Are you struggling to get over the loss of someone close or something that means a lot to you, like your work?

These are just some of the things that I am able to help you overcome.

I am also a coach and hypnotherapist which means I have more tools at my disposal when they are appropriate. I offer sessions to adults, couples and families and can work with you on a long or short term basis.

I work with people face to face in Congleton, Wilmslow and am within easy reach of Alderley Edge, Holmes Chapel, Macclesfield, Sandbach and I also work online on a secure platform.

Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss how we can work together or to ask any questions. I'm always happy to talk! You can also book an appointment directly through the booking system on my website if you would prefer.
