Audra McKellar MNCS (accred) Prof.Dip.Psy.C. AMACCPH
Welcome to my profile.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, warm and confidential environment for you to work through why you feel and behave as you do. Being an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of counselling methods so that the sessions can be adapted to your personal needs.
I work with people face to face in Wilmslow or Sale or online by Skype or FaceTime.
I offer sessions to adults, couples, groups and businesses and offer direct employee counselling to small businesses. I can work with you on a long or short term basis.
I help people struggling with anxiety, including generalised anxiety disorder, depression, bereavement and loss, stress, career counselling, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias, relationship problems and weight issues. As I am a life coach and hypnotherapist I can also help with personal development and career progression.
I have first-hand knowledge of the pressures of the corporate world, having worked as a solicitor and know how hard it can be to juggle various responsibilities whilst maintaining a sense of self. I want people to not only survive but to thrive and believe that some of us need a little help at times and don’t wish to burden family members and friends or need confidentiality. Both counselling and coaching can be invaluable at times like these.
I do volunteer work for a charity for people who would otherwise not be able to afford counselling.
