About me

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, warm and confidential environment for you to work through why you feel and behave as you do so that you can lead a more satisfying, happier life. Being an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of counselling methods so that the sessions can be adapted to your personal needs. There may also be some humour ...

I help people struggling with anxiety, including generalised anxiety disorder, depression, bereavement and loss, stress, low self-esteem, panic attacks,  phobias, relationship problems,  and feeling sad. As I am a life coach and hypnotherapist I can also help with personal development.

I want people to not only survive but to thrive and believe that some of us need a little help at times and don’t wish to burden family members and friends or need confidentiality. Both counselling and coaching can be invaluable at times like these.

I offer sessions to adults and couples and offer direct employee counselling to small businesses. I can work with you on a long or short term basis.

I work with people face to face in Wilmslow or Sale or online by Zoom.

Please contact me by email or phone to discuss how we can work together or to ask any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
