About me
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Looking for the right therapist can feel daunting, so hopefully the below is helpful in giving some more detail about how I approach our work together.
My aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding and navigating life’s challenges with increased clarity and resilience. My practice is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives, with a strong foundation in psychodynamic thinking. This means we will pay attention not only to your current challenges, but also to the deeper patterns and relational experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we will explore how past experiences and unconscious dynamics may be influencing your present life.
I believe meaningful change happens within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. Our work will be thoughtful and paced, allowing space for both insight and emotional processing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BACP Registered integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults across the UK, creating a safe and collaborative space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences.
I trained at Regent’s University London and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with their ethical framework.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
In the first session, we will spend some time talking about your background and the experiences that feel important to you. This helps me begin to understand your world and how things have unfolded for you over time. If you have had therapy before, we can reflect on what felt supportive and what didn’t, so that our work together feels thoughtful and tailored to you.
There will be space for any questions you may have about therapy or how I work. I will explain my integrative approach and what ongoing sessions typically look like.
