About me

Hello, my name is Ashleigh and I'm an integrative counsellor. My passion is empowering people to find peace with their past and navigate life's challenges in the present. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster real change and give you back ownership of your life.

How Can Counselling Help?

Counselling can help you work through anything that may be troubling you, voice your worries and provide a safe space to explore difficult issues. It can feel daunting taking the first step on your counselling journey but I am here to guide you through the process and work at a pace you feel comfortable with.

Call or email me to get started.

What I Offer

Feeling unsure about how to find the right counsellor for you? I offer a free 10 minute call to chat about what's on your mind and how we might work together.

I offer both face-to-face sessions and online sessions via Zoom. I can provide short-term or longer-term therapy, depending on your needs.

My Approach

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, currently working in private practice. I also have experience within multiple charitable counselling services, working with adults on a variety of issues.

My integrative approach is based on viewing clients as individuals and drawing on different aspects of counselling theory to find the best way to work with each client. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of what I do and together we can work towards your personal goals for therapy.

As an accredited member of The National Counselling Society, I adhere to their Code of Ethics. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to share your thoughts and feelings.
