About me
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, working through past traumas, or feeling stuck in your relationships or career, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward. You might be looking to build confidence, feel more grounded in yourself, or simply understand why certain patterns keep repeating in your life. Whatever brings you here, I offer a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.
I’m an existential and person-centered psychotherapist, which means I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every person’s experience is unique, and together we will explore what truly matters to you—helping you make sense of your past, navigate your present, and feel more in control of your future. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, helping you uncover new perspectives, recognize your strengths, and move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Some of the areas I work with include anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, past trauma, relationship difficulties, and big life transitions. Therapy with me is a conversation—one where you can be fully yourself, without judgment.
I offer in-person sessions in Putney, London, as well as online therapy for those who prefer the flexibility of working together from home. If you’re curious about how we might work together, I’d love to hear from you. You can book a free 20-minute introductory call, or reach out via the ‘Email Me’ button above.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University. I have worked with clients of all ages and ethnicities, helping them with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, abuse, and relationship difficulties. I have extensive experience working with ex-pats and refugees, particularly those struggling to adapt to life in the UK after relocating from their home countries.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am a visiting lecturer at Regent’s University, teaching part of the MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling. With a background in human resources and change management in the corporate world, I understand the unique stresses faced by managers and executives, and I offer a tailored approach to those navigating the pressures of leadership roles.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
