About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist with experience supporting both young people and adults with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. We all experience moments in life where we can feel out of control and struggle to cope. My aim is to explore some of these difficult thoughts and feelings to help make positive changes in your life and help support you through any challenges you may face.
