About me
My aim is to provide a confidential space where you can feel comfortable to talk about your difficulties.
I offer therapy for different types of problems (low self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, trauma, social anxiety, worries, anger, sleep etc) to individuals and couples.
I consider therapy as a journey that will help you to get to know yourself better with the aim to improve your quality of life. I like adapting my way of working according to each individual needs as I believe that everyone is unique.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
