About me
Online counsellor for anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout & relationship difficulties (UK-wide)
You might be feeling constantly on edge, overthinking everything, or struggling to switch off. Or you may be feeling low, drained, or finding it hard to feel motivated. Even when things look fine on the outside, it can feel exhausting inside—like your mind won’t give you a break.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout, and relationship difficulties. Many of the people I support are used to coping on their own, but have reached a point where things feel too much.
I have a particular interest in working with people who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking and self-pressure, especially those balancing demanding work or personal responsibilities.
I work with clients online across the UK, offering flexible and accessible support wherever you are based, as well as face-to-face sessions in Bromley.
I provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you. Together, we can explore the patterns behind how you’re feeling and find practical ways to help you feel more in control and more like yourself again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, depending on what you need, and we work at a pace that feels comfortable.
If you're thinking about starting therapy, you're very welcome to get in touch—I aim to respond within 24 hours.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the corporate world, and I understand first-hand the pressures and expectations that can come with it. My own experience of therapy led me to retrain and support others in a similar position.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
