About me

As an experienced therapist, I work with adults and young people in the areas of trauma, relationship breakdown, lifestyle change, those coming out of abusive situations, post-natal depression, birth trauma, grief and end of life care, gender and sexuality. I also work with people looking for a safe space to work through career challenge. I have a passion for empowering people to heal, make sense of their lives and achieve balance, so that they feel able to move forwards from a place of strength.
