About me
Working with me would mean being able to speak freely in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Sometimes it's difficult to speak to friends or family so talking therapy could be the right choice for you. My work is based on developing a therapeutic relationship with my clients. Using empathy and developing rapport with you enables you to work through your issue at your own pace, whatever the problem, whether it is a traumatic event from the past or a more recent issue. I offer long or short-term integrative therapy, rooted in my person-centred, humanistic training.
Our time together would give you the opportunity to explore your issues, find inner strength and confidence, reach your goals and find ways to experience a much more satisfying, healthier and meaningful life in the future.
Training, qualifications & experience
I offer long or short-term integrative therapy. My core training is rooted in using a person-centred approach, where the use of empathy and developing rapport is essential for a successful outcome as it enables you to work through your issues at your own pace.
Whatever your problem, having a trusting, caring, reliable relationship outside of your normal circle will give you the space you need to find your own path.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Coach and Hypnotherapist. I work extensively with adults and young people, throughout the UK and Europe. All of the knowledge and 9 years' experience gained in private practice allows me to draw upon a range of approaches to work with you to explore what has been happening in your life up until now, and to find ways to experience a much more satisfying, healthier and more meaningful life.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, with adults and young people including stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationships.
All of the training, knowledge and 9 years of experience in private practice allows me to draw upon a wide range of approaches to work with you, at your own pace, providing you with individual support. I will be able to work with you a compassionate and caring environment. I am there to support you through your journey of change, whatever your needs.
With me, you will be in a safe, non-judgemental, empathic space. Please contact me for a 50-minute assessment session at a reduced rate to discuss why you approached me, what you wish to achieve from therapy, your long-term goals and decide whether we would like to work together.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Please contact me by email. We can arrange for an initial assessment session at a subsidised rate where we can discuss what brought you to me, what you hope to achieve in therapy and what your short and long-term goals are. I can answer any questions you may have about the sessions and it is also an opportunity to find out whether we will be a good fit to work together.
I currently normally work with clients online via Zoom.
