About me
Having a fulfilling sexual life is often what we aspire to, but anxiety, physical pain and relationship issues might make it difficult to achieve. I believe everyone has an innate ability to connect to others and to build healthy relationships. As a sex and relationship therapist, my aim is to help you find your inner resources to overcome the challenges you are coming with. Whether you need your relationship to achieve its full potential or to overcome a crisis, we will work together to identify the issues you are struggling with and support you in the areas where you feel change is needed.
I work with individuals experiencing a range of sexual and relationship difficulties, including (not an exhaustive list) concerns related to:
- desire
- orgasm
- rapid or delayed ejaculation
- erectile dysfunction
- sexual anxiety or aversion
- infidelity, communication challenges
- intimacy issues after long-term illnesses such as after cancer treatment
- intimacy issues during life transitions such as menopause and losses/grief)
- I have a specialised interest in supporting individuals living with pain conditions (dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia) that may impact their ability to engage in or maintain fulfilling intimate relationships.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space that welcomes individuals from all walks of life, inclusive of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. I value and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and subcultures, and strive to create an environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and supported.
