About me

Hi, my name is Anna and I am a qualified counsellor practicing in central St Andrews, Fife with availability on Thursdays and Saturdays. I also practice eco-therapy and Walk & Talk Therapy by appointment.

As a pluralistic counsellor I work collaboratively with you to explore what brings you to counselling. I draw on a range of methods and theories to respond to your unique needs as no one fits into any one box. My therapy space is safe, free of judgement, opinion and a place where you will be heard.

The morning sessions on Thursdays are face to face, as are Saturdays. All other sessions are via telephone or online. Please call 07951181769, or I can be reached via email me here for appointments.

Areas of counselling I deal with

I have worked with many different people who bring a wide range of issues and concerns to the therapy room. I use a broad set of tools and theories to respond to these and feel that being able to hold the deepest, most difficult parts of us is the most valuable of gifts I can give someone in distress. All of you is welcome, whatever that may be, however hard, dark or confusing. I will use my lived experience, skills and professional training to support you through these times.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
